Entry, Use & Purposeof Personal Data

With your voluntary consent only, we store and process data and application documents entered and submitted by you and will collect and process them in a candidate-database, which is located and maintained at the company location only, for the purpose of a future job placement, in order to retrieve information and to contact you, if you are considered as a potential candidate for subsequent staffing procedures.

You may submit your names, phone numbers, address details, email address, date and place of birth, citizenship, gender, education, career, language skills, IT knowhow, other skills, information on labour time, work experience, availability, mobility, business trips, your salary requirements, as well as attached accompanying letters, CV, references and other documents in the application form of this website using encrypted connection.

Transfer of Data & Clients

Only with your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal data to a client. For this purpose, we will inform you in a conversation about the position to be filled and the client (potential employer) and therby obtain your consent. Note that some clients have to be treated with discretion or cannot be made known at this point.

Any further disclosure of personal data can only take place within the Austrian Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), in particular, if we are legally obliged to provide data to courts or authorities.

Privacy, Secrecy & Right of Information

When using personal data we will comply with all legal regulations. We are obliged to keep all data secret. We do not usually seek sensitive information (e.g. data relating to race or ethnic origin, political attitude, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, mental or physical health, or sexual orientation) from visitors. We will, where necessary, obtain your explicit consent to collect and use such information.

We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all data provided by visitors of this website and in our applicants-database from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Upon your request and subject to the applicable legal provisions we will provide you with information about data being processed about you and rectify incorrect data.

Right to Object & Data Deletion

You can withdraw your consent at all times by email to info@personal-partner.at resulting in the deletion or destruction of your data. We automatically delete personal data in any case timely when the purpose has ceased to apply (e.g. after placement or refusal). We reserve the right to delete or destroy your data or parts thereof at any time without consulting or stating any reasons.

Other Forms of Data Transfer

You can also submit your personal data in form of a conventional application, e.g. by email, fax or post. In this case, we assume that you apply for the purpose of a single placement for only one position named by you and advertised by us.
